Steve Ridenour Ministries

Go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone." Mark 16:15

About Me

I live in a small town called Mathis located about 25 miles north of Corpus Christi, Texas.

I know that I am a sinner and I believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross for my sins.

The single most influential and life changing person in my life is Jesus Christ.

The single most influential and life changing book that I have read is The Bible.  If the Bible says it, I believe it, and that settles it.

I have been in the ministry since 1998 when I started For Him Ministries, now Steve Ridenour Ministries, and began producing Christian events using Indie groups from the South Texas area.  Now, along with a staff of volunteers, we produce about 4 to 6 events a year throughout South Texas.  I received my ordination into the Christian ministry in 1999.

With God's inspiration I have written a series of Christian teachings and writings that have been published on web pages throughout the world.  Many of the teachings have been printed and used in churches throughout the country.

I enjoy jumping on my Victory and doing what Jesus commanded when He said, "Go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone, everywhere." Mark 16:15 (NLT)

I have been a drilling fluids engineer since 1978.  I have owned a drilling fluids company, a real estate development and construction company, a fast food restaurant, and others.  I've been self employed in one form or another since 1981.  See my resume.

My favorite time is time spent with my family.  My favorite past time is riding my Victory.  I enjoy being around people that make me laugh, people with positive attitudes, people who are kind, and people who are generous.

People with negative attitudes tend to really mess up my day so I try to avoid them.  I am tired of Big Brother government.  I don't like thieves, liars, or greed.  I don't trust most politicians.

Civil disobedience is refusal to obey civil laws in an effort to induce change in governmental policy or legislation, characterized by the use of passive resistance or other nonviolent means.  I believe in the occasional need for civil disobedience.

I speak English and Spanglish.
